I have lived in CT, Mpls/Plymouth and DC since graduation but we are now are happily settled in the Richmond, Virginia area. Wish I could be there but I'm doing my first triathlon that weekend (yikes!). Am living in Milwaukee now - we were back in the cities (Plymouth) for a couple years till my husband got transferred here. I have two beautiful girls, ages 7 and 3, and have the joy of being at home with them during the day. Before becoming a mom I worked in marketing - last job before "retiring" was a product manager for a financial company.Hi to everyone - I hope the reunion is a success! Adding to say: Finally was able to get a decent family pic! I was looking thru some of the photos from the reunion...wow...some people I recognized right away, others not at all. Amazing how we all change! Looks like a fun time, hopefully I'll be able to make the next one. (but the tri was a blast, wouldn't have traded that experience for anything) Send Sue a Message

Steve Drone

IN MEMORY OF STEVE ...Droner passed away in November 2013. His sense of humor and exuberant personality brought fun, laughter, and joy to everything he touched. A two-year starter for the Hopkins football team, Steve earned All-Conference honors and was elected captain his senior year. He went on to play football at Hamline University. Following college, Steve worked as an elementary school teacher in North Minneapolis. While Steve may be best known for his athletic accomplishments, his life was about much more than football. He was a saxophonist in the Hopkins High band, a pickup hockey goalie, and a loyal Twins fan. He was also a son, a brother, and a good friend to so many of his classmates. What a great site! It's especially fun to see everyone and their beautiful children! I believe I'm the only mom who can say she'll be chasing a 2 yr old while cheering for her Senior QB son on the Wayzata Trojans sidelines next Fall! (No worries, I still secretly wear the blue with Royal pride!) Reliving the high school years with Kramer has been such a joy and I've told him plenty of HHS stories along the way.
